Will McIntosh's two-parter story "Linkworlds" in Strange Horizons is one of the best short stories I've read recently. Set in a place where there are lots of worlds bouncing around inside a spherical universe, and an autistic youth changes the way of life for everyone. Interesting setting, great plot, well-written characters.

I will have to be more articulate and analytical in my thoughts when I review this for The Fix, but for now I shall just say Go read!
